When I looked at his account I could see why the charge was declined Mr. G’s incidental account was over $1400. Adding another $400 would have sent him well over the $1500 limit so the system declined it. While I was speaking with the cast member at Epcot I could hear Mr. G in the background telling the cast member how much money he had and he better allow him to charge the jackets and just going on and on. I explained to the cast member that I could authorize the transaction but I would need to speak to Mr. G first.
